911 SC WHEEL BEARINGS
IN THE COLD WHEN I BACK CAR OUT OF MY DRIVE WAY AND TURN THE WHEEL MY CAR RIDES ROUGH WITH A CLICKING NOISE. ONCE I DRIVE A LITTLE THE CAR DRIVES FINE. ARE MY BEARINGS FROZEN OR SHOT ?

If your bearing were frozen you wouldn't be going anywhere. You might first want to ensure the front bearings are adjusted properly - the procedure is in the Bentley manual and Bruce Anderson talks about it in his book, as I recall.
I'd probably also use this as an excuse to pull each front hub and regrease the front and rear bearings. If you do that, don't forget to replace the rear grease seal on each hub with a new one, which aren't expensive.
As Bruce mentioned, clicking sounds are often associated with CV joints, too. You might first visually inspect the boots to see if they are torn or otherwise allowing grease to sling around.
