1984 with 100,000 miles. I did a search about this problem and the reset was not pushed while the car was in motion.

The odometer/trip meter will hang up turning over 1 mile for ever 10 actual.
I drive the car to work and back so I know the exact milage that should be on the meter.

I have a few days off coming up. What is the best approach for repair? The speedometer works just fine.
