Pretty sure the glovebox light switch position has NO effect on the roof lights. Not in my car anyway.

Hi Guys,Just got a 1987 Carrera mint condition .WOW!
My interior light and Clock fuse keeps blowing.
I just figured it out.The Luggage compartment light switch, lamp ,Cable was my issue.
I am not sure with solved the issue.
I removed the switch and taped the back( seems like it was touching the hood),Removed the lamp and taped the back and I also pull the cable back approximately an inch out of the Hood and tape it to the Hinge arm.2 weeks now no issues.
