I disconnected the Pedal assembly to the motor. That moves freely. The MFI assembly is the issue. I disconnected the rod between the pump and rack. The pump moves fine. All the individual butterflies are real tight. Should they spring back? The springs are all ok except for one which is broke. But with all the other except that one the rack still sticks. Will all the rods disconnected the main rack bar moves fine, spring is ok as well.

Help!!!!!
