Question odometer and window

Does anyone have any advice on fixing an odometer that has seemed to stop working?
What about a passenger window that is off the tract?
Your input is appreciated.

Just had my speedo worked on by Palo Alto Speedometer in Palo Alto, CA Odometer was not working. Rebuild, Calibrate and postage - $180.00. Very quick turn around. I had it back in about 4 days (shipping within CA)

Window. Had a problem with the window pulling out of the channel. I know of no way of avoiding pulling the panel off. The channel rubber would not stay in the channel. My channel has rust rot. For a temp fix I silconed the channel rubber into the channel and pushed the glass in. Been holding well for 6 months. Eventually, I will have to replace the channel (if I can find one) or the entire regulator.
