SC fuel pump into '73 T with K-Jet
1973 911T with CIS has a bad fuel pump. I have a spare rebuilt fuel pump from a 911SC. Since they both use CIS injection and because a new pump is over $400.00 would this fuel pump work in the '73 T?

Hey Flor,
PET shows different P/Ns for the two pumps, and a totally different plumbing system for them as well, see below:
'73T: P/N 901 608 107 00 shows three lines all clmped on
to '79 SC: 911 608 102 00 shows onl one line, w/banjo fitting
'80 up SC: 911 608 102 02 same above
Perhqps wiser folk that I can tell you how to mod it. Other wise, call Jeff @ Parts Heaven. They can rebuild your pump for far less than a new one. Sometimes they have pumps on the shelf to reduce turnaround time. /Usual Disclaimers
Hope this helps.

The pump from the '73 T only has 2 fittings and they are of the same type as from the SC pump. One fitting is just in a slightly different location. Are you looking up '73.5 T with CIS or a '73 with MFI?
