so just for the heck of it I decided to pull the pressure regulator, possibly adjust the shims, and compare to the other regulator I had laying around; Anyway, I noticed the oring was really squished in comparison to the spare. Would this make much difference?? Im assuming the squish is because its seated in the bore no?

 

haven't done much with that but i might take it apart now , where does that reside , up in the FD ?
