Spun my '84 Targa on an L.A. freeway on-ramp sometime in the early nineties after a Toyota -pick'em-up truck slightly clipped my rear quarter panel in a turn. Not much damage to me (the Toyota hit a lamp post and was totalled). Sold the car after a couple of months with 90k miles and worn valve guides for $18k.

LA frewways are a biatch, nobody here can drive, and nobody here has insurance, what a combo! hahaha I live 3 miles from the shop and the GTI makes a good daily driver and is uber stealth!
