Anyone know whether the following items are supposed to match the paint color of the body of a 1966 Porsche 911--interior side walls of the engine compartment, interior bottom and walls of front deck area storage compartment, and underside of wheel wells--or are all/some of these areas only to be black? What is the correct color for the 2 metal straps that go around the muffler underneath and at the rear of the engine? Finally, what is the correct color for for the metal strap that goes around the fan housing in the engine? Many thanks.

 

The metal straps were all unpainted. The engine compartment on my 71 was body colored, but the side walls of the front storage area and fender wells were black. However, the PO had it undercoated, so not sure what the fender wells were originally.
