I wish there was an app called "is it normal?" because so many oddities on this car

So, I recorded this video today on my '82 SC Coupe (engine on)
because I noticed this noise — that I thought it was coming from the AC motor in the "smuggler box" —
but after disconnecting the AC motor and the front cooler fan the noise is still there...(only when engine on, not when only battery is on)

can someone know what it could be and if it's normal?

it was the fuel pump. after replacing it, the noise is gone.
