Wheel spacers on 15x8's

Hello,

I just got some new wheels and trying to figure out the best tire and spacer combination to best fill out the wheel well with 15x8's on a '84 G Body.

Any input?

What offset are the wheels? Front? Rear?

23.3mm on the front 15x7
10.6mm on the rear 15x8
