Default Loose wire in 1989 under drivers seat ??

Anyone know what this is for?

pretty sure thats for the optional heated seats.

Connector to the optional auto heat controller behind the E-brake. It is connected on the other end to the interior temperature sensor for the auto heat. Should be tucked up under the centre tunnel carpet.
