Post Body Conversion's effect on an SC?

Another car I'm going to look at is a 1980 911SC with a C2 body conversion kit. What does this do to negatively effect a vehicle's value, assuming it was done well? I'm looking at this vehicle for a fun car, weekend driving, etc, and plan on keeping it for quite a while.

Edited 7/14- I've come to my senses on this, and have talked myself out of it!

I would think that it would indeed negatively inpact the value of the car. From what I've heard-and seen--these full body kits fit less than perfect. If the quality is impeccable, well maybe. But if you really want a C2, wait awhile and save your money.
Just my 2 cents.
