Engine and transmission mounts engine carrier on 1982 911SC
Happy Saturday Rennlist!
I’m swapping out my engine mounts on my 1982 911SC, and trans mounts this weekend.
I have Wevo black pillows going in. Quick question, is it ok to use the Wevo semi solid mount for the transmission mounts? I wanted to keep consistent across the 4, but I’m not 100% on the semisolid mount with the 915 transmission.
also, on my 964, I had to put in an upgraded engine brace with semi-solid mounts, due to increase potential load, but I don’t see anything in the forum about this for my 1982 SC. Any opinions?
