Ironman88 has it right. I love my '11 C2S MT but my '85 has some mysterious quality that is hard to define. It seems to fit around me and I'm connected to the car. Having said that, the 997 is an amazing driver but in a different way.

 

Always thought I wanted a 1969 BOSS 302. Drove a friends and I was amazed how lousy the brakes,steering and suspension are. Will stck with 1984 Targa!
