Question PPI in San Francisco

Dear Friends,
Please suggest a reputable and honest mechanic in SF for possible PPI. Thank you.

I also vote for The Stable. They are considered the best independent Porsche repair shop in SF and I service my car there. They service air cooled Porsche's only!

However, if they can't fit you in soon enough (which is sometimes a problem with them), Frank at AutoSportHaus (415) 771-5770 is also very good. He once did a PPI for me and saved my ***. He was very thorough.

Good luck and feel free to e mail me if I can be of any help.

George-
If the car is in the East Bay (across the Bay Bridge from SF), both Valhalla (Lafayette) and Autohaus Stuttgart (Moraga) are good shops.

Kahler's did a PPI for me two weeks ago on an early 911. Great info and thorough. Cost $198
