I have a Porsche 911 Targa from 1986 and I would like to fix the interiors to make them 100% as original.

Previous owners covered the sits with 100% vinyl and the door panes seems damaged. See pictures

1) How can I know the exact color of the interiors? there is not any option stickers in my car
2) Do you recommend any upholstery in the Houston area?
3) What is the best way to obtain the results as the options below?
