Default 71 911t Charging issue

I have a 71 911T that is having charging issues. It has new batteries, new alternator, new voltage regulator, new CDI box, and all grounds are clean. For some reason, the alternator light stays on and the voltage when running (at the batteries) is around 12.18v. It does not change when adding revs. Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Denis

So you're 100% sure it's drawing battery and not charging/running the car? Rule out the charge light first... I'd recommend posting this on EarlySRegistry ... they know these cars better as it's focused on the long hoods.

I figured it out. The new alternator was only labeled + and - . No letters. I had the D+ wire on the wrong terminal.
Thanks for your suggestions.
