Default 911SC - headlight day

So, today is the day I am finally getting around to replacing and refreshing the headlights. Upon removal of the driver side I noticed there is a brown ground wire that wasn't hooked up to anything? Looked on the headlamp frame, didn't see anything. Looked in the headlamp compartment and didn't see anything. Where is the mysterious hookup?

yes and they work. Looks OE. Would they have skimped and just used the spade as a junction? Why not just run a single wire to the whot connectors?

That is the city light feature for the H4 headlights (turns on with the parking lights)... its the small light bulb next to the main light (I think).

It looks something like this but (if you look closely) mine is on the bottom of the headlights while the stock H4 are in the middle of the lamp.
