Anybody happen to know whether the "Porsche" lettering and script "911" on the rear deck of a 1966 Porsche 911 is supposed to be either gold or silver?

It's in the Mid-America catalog #6675A-34C. Page 106. They don't show the 911 script for 1966. They do have the Porsche Letter set in Chrome, gold, and black. These are replica's I'm sure. You might have to find the 911 script at a swap meet.

Thanks, guys, this is very helpful. Finding the script "911" logo is a real challenge. Is it fair to assume that the judges at a car show won't know the difference between the original logos and replicas?
