I am looking at a 1986 Carrera, unfortunately it’s across the country. I am trying to do my diligence pretty quickly here and have a couple questions I was hoping this group could help with.

1) it’s got paint code l999 under the bonnet and is painted in a pts blue, but when I pulled the options from suncoast it says it’s k5 dark blue, not pts. Should the vin lookup from a dealer match the hood sticker?

2) I’m looking for a place to do a PPI near Westhampton, Ny-does anyone have any recommendations?
