Default Help me identify these parts

I just bought an 84 Targa, and it came with a bag of miscellaneous parts, please help me identify these parts and where they go. Thanks for your help!!!

6 is a plastic washer of some sort
7 is an EP rom...maybe a DME chip?
8 is some kind of plastic in a tube shape with holes in the side
9 looks like it could be a seat belt anchor cover

I think 5 is the plastic piece that slips over a metal coat hook. There should be one on each B-pillar. The little black washer (#6) might be part of the seat belt assembly. There are black plastic washers for the pivoting seat belt hardware where it bolts to the body. The chip (#7) may be the factory DME chip - you may have an aftermarket chip in there now like a Steve Wong.

Number 4 looks like a pivot for a sun visor.

7 is def a chip... looks like the factory version, you may have an after market one installed in the dme already (or else it wont run). What is the serial number on it?

Parts 1, 2, and 3 are parts of the seat belt mounting caps – plastic pieces that cover the metal seat belt bracket above your shoulder. 1 and 3 together form a pair. 1 is the top portion of the mounting cap with a plastic piece broken off. 3 is the bottom half. When 3 is turned 180 degrees, it will snap into the bottom of 1. 2 is part of a second cap. Here are some links to show what 1 should be.
