Condition is a strong determining factor on value. A Targa in great condition would not necessarily be disadvantaged in my view.

A top level repaint is gonna set you back 25k, not sure I would do that just for the purpose of reselling the car.

Do you know for a fact that it came from the factory with a silver bar? I think that's quite rare on an SC.

forget the value and resale and whatever .. life its short .. just go paint it the colour you want .. end of the day its just another car..

Thanks all and iceman I know you are right. Rick, yes it came factory with a brushed aluminum Targa bar.
