Default 69e needs throttle bodies

Any good source here to buy or refurbish throttle bodies? Is it a terrible idea to do away with mfi, stacks, and throttle bodies, and go to carbs? Thanks for inputs.

At the moment it seems like everyone is trying to go back to MFI set ups.

My pump is rebuilt, I'm needing a shop for my throttle bodies
