1967 911 Targa Question
New to Porsche world and have question. I have opportunity to purchase 1967 911 Targa that my brother in law has had in his garage for years. He purchased approximately 15 years ago and drove it home so it ran and drove then but hasn't since. Needs full mechanical gone through to be road worthy and reliable. Body looks good with some minimal rust and interior is worn but all there. What would be fair price for car needing complete restoration but could be mechanically done and driven as is also because it is still presentable. Any input would be appreciated.
