Does anyone know where the European/UK 3.2's have their oxygen sensor located ? These cars did not come with a catalytic converter.
Also does job require me to drop the engine ?
Kind Regards,
Ash

If it has a cat it will be located after the merge of the crossover pipe, in front of the premuffler. This will be accessible by removing the left rear tire. The electrical wire will run through a grommet in the tin and the connections to the harness will be located in the engine bay below the fuel filter.

The following thread may be helpful:

Briefly:
Ruf '85 3.2 with no cat and no O2 sensor.
Some discussion of what happens when there is no O2 sensor. May run rich, and that may be OK.

Oh god, thank you so much!!! I spent 20 mins frantically looking for the O2 sensor's wiring and to no avail.
