Hi, I took my front bumper off my 83 SC and now I'm putting it back I notice that in the area just above the license plate holder, it appears to just barely touch the bumper.

On either side, there is a gap. I've tried adjusting it to create a gap in the centre also, but it isn't working. It is only barely touching in the centre.

Is this normal - can anyone show me a very low down pic and/or give any tips as to how to avoid this if it isn't normal?
