Finally getting to the engine. I even used the spark plug removal tool in the tool kit to get the plugs out.

the factory spark plug tool is a marvel, and it's a mystery why many never use it

That tool is amazing. Perfect length, doesn't get in the way of anything. The best part is, the spark plug stays in the tool while you are removing and doesn't fall out! I've never been so excited doing spark plugs lol.

I wish I had that tool. Great looking car! Mine sat for 21 years and didn't move much; I didn't even bother draining the fuel, just added a bunch of fresh stuff, drove it around, and then changed the fuel filter. It's been fine since. Had a dragging brake caliper, $6 rebuild kit fixed that, and over the years I've done the brake lines, suspension, etc. I'd just leave the brake lines alone unless they look scary, and get to it when you can. No track days tho lol.

Thank you! I am feeling more confident now about turning it over and not having any issues. Crossing my fingers.

ITS ALIVE! Thank you for the advice on replacing the fuel lines first. They were all dry and kept breaking as soon as I touched them. I will definitely have to work on the carbs but I am really excited about getting this on the road. I know what i will be doing this Thanksgiving break. Ill try and post a video as soon as i get a chance
