The car sits very low in the front and I keep bottoming out going
into drive ways. Can the front end be raised?

Better to post this question over in the 991 forum. This is the forum for early 911s. But the quick answer is that you need to learn to enter and exit driveways at a 30-45 degree angle to minimize this problem. My 991 TurboS is much lower than your 991 4S.
