I am getting very close to purchasing my first Porsche, 2017 911 Carrera 4S. I keep seeing that Porsche's are very reliable, but expensive to maintain. I am looking at one car that has 11k miles and another with 40k. What should I be expect to pay annually for maintenance and would it vary drastically between the two based on the miles?
I appreciate the help.

I recently sold my 997.2 4S 6 speed coupe. We had it for 7 years and I found it to be one of the most maintenance free cars we have had. I did the oil/filter myself every year, averaged 6K miles per year. Aside from that it went to Porsche for a water pump at about 30K miles and at that time I had them change the serpentine belt since the labor was covered by the water pump change. I replaced the engine air filters twice, very easy to do too. I had 2 sets of tires in that time at about $1,300 a set and I replaced the battery at about $200. That was it. Very reliable car. Oh, only sold it because my wife wanted a Macan.
