Default 993 window switch issue

Hello friends,

About 10 months ago, my passenger window switch on the driver's side started working slower than the d/s window switch. I never did anything about it. 3 days ago, both driver's side switches died out. Thing is, the fuse is fine, the switches are good (I tested them on p/s for and all 3 switches work there). The wires are hot because if I unplug either switch, the switch in the p/s door stops working because I assume the circuit is broken. It can't be the motors because the passenger side window works with the p/s switch.

Any other ideas of what it could be?

Try swapping in the pass side switch with one of the driver's side ones and see if that helps: if better, then replace the switches ...cheap fix. If same, then likely dead motor, ugh.
