Hey all Im a newbie to this forum. Does anyone know how to get you back window tinted on a 2000 911 Cab?

Welcome. Yes, go to a reputable window tint shop and have it done by the pros. Home tint jobs usually look like they were done at home.

they say they can't do it because its plastic. I have a convertible

Since it's plastic they might not be able to do it. Do a search and check with companies that make tops for boats and see what they say.
