Default 2017 991.2 vs 2020 TTRS

Hi All

I'm new to the forum and am considering a new car. I currently have a 2016 Audi TTS and am considering a 2020 TTRS or a C2 991.2. I will be driving the car all year round, doing about 8000 km a year. I wanted to get a C4S but it's not in my budget. I live in Toronto, so the snow isn't too bad but Jan n Feb do have some bad days. I have an suv as the family car. The 911 will be about 10-15k more than the TTRS.
Any thoughts between the two or things i should be concerned with. The maintenance is one thing that stands out to me. One thing that intrigues me is that it is the last generation possibly last year of the TTRS.

Thanks
