The fighter is an F-15. Didn't pay any attention to what the BA plane is, maybe a Tristar.

Duxford is a stunning place. I watched a guy testing an old 1970s kitcar with a Rolls Royce Merlin V-16 from a P-51 in it. Made several passes up and down the airstrip the day I was there before he got out shaking and pale. Craziest car I've ever seen. You Brits...

Hey Ben, what's the history of the all rubber rear spoilers? I've seen only a few on SCs, but I've also seen the regular whaletails. Were they a factory option over the regular one for some reason?

Lol - wish I'd been there to see that.

According to the paperwork, the car was purchased new with the 'Sportspack' which includes a whale-tail. Whether thus was was the original or replaced at some point, I don't know. I like it it, though.
