Default 1989 Steering Wheel Options?

Can anyone shed some light on this: Other than the 3 spoke 930S steering wheel, was a 3 poke steering wheel, similar to the 911SC steering wheel offered as an option from '84-'89?

I'm getting conflicting information on potential purchase.

Wishing an awesome day to all.

I've only ever seen the standard 4 spoke wheel. it's possible there was a slightly thicker leather wrapped version of that wheel available. And, the period optional factory wheel was the 930S wheel. This was one of the mysteries of my old Carrera, as I am not sure if it was a dealer installed option, I don't think factory as no codes on the sticker for it. It has the 930S wheel and the date code on the AWI wheel (I think?) dated it period, so it was on the car for a very long time, probably since new or close to it... but 99% it came with a 4 spoke.

You might get some more responses on Pelican, lots more traffic there with this generation of cars.
