Are you looking for the Service Manuals or the parts book?
Service Manuals-Basically two choices; Haynes or Factory (you will need the original 64-71 two volume set for your 1971). The factory ones come up on e-bay, here, Pelican BBS (http://forums.pelicanparts.com/usercp.php) and Early 911s Registry BBS (www.early911sregistry.org/forums/forum.php) pretty regularly.
Part Book: Best source is Porsche Classic. Look here for the one you need: https://www.porsche.com/usa/accessor...artscatalogue/. You can download the pdf you need.

The Haynes is ok but does not come close to the level of detail in the factory manuals. If you have worked on other cars, the Haynes will prove helpful. If you want to avoid getting the factory manual, searching here, the Early 911S BBS and at the Pelican Parts BBS will give you lots of help and advice.

In terms of exploded diagrams, the PET for the appropriate car is more helpful than even the factory manuals. Elephant Racing has a link to the PETs for the years you are asking about: https://www.elephantracing.com/porsc...part-diagrams/ and here is a link to the Porsche Factory Workshop manuals for the years you request: http://early911nzdownloads.yolasite....op-manuals.php
