There are a few Porshce dealers who advertise in Pano and Excellence that offer them. I think they are in the neighborhood of $16,000. I would be surprised if you can retro-fit them to an SC. A 930 brake system can be used with standard 16" wheels and offers exceptional braking. A few have also added Big Red from a 993 twin turbo. Both of these would run close to about $2,000 to 3,000.
D a search on the Pelican parts discussion board, there is a lot of good info that will help you out.
Good luck.

Do some research before you buy the PCCB's - lots of people hate them! They offer no improvement in stopping distance, they overheat badly and disintegrate with heavy track use and they are noisy and ineffective when cold. They do cut unsprung weight alot, but only if you already have huge steel brakes (like on TT, GT2, GT3). The rotors also wear out far quicker than steel brakes (despite the claims) and cost five figures to replace.
Do a search on www.rennteam.com and search for PCCB
