HUNTING DATSUNS IN A 1973 PORSCHE 911 RSR
Came across this article and the attached video. Awesome sounds from the RSR.
Fast forward to the 4 minute mark.

Jim Bouzaglou and his brother Dave built my 1973 RS tribute. Both he and Dave a great guys. Dave still has TRE and he is runs a great shop.
Mine is not and RSR, but it sure is reliable and solid.
I have been on that track with it a few times.....fun.
Good clip. Thanks for posting.

Love it!! That '73 is wonderful and the exhaust at idle is perfect. I'd really love to get a few laps in a 3.0RSR some day. Just a magical car to me. And all those Datsuns look so good! I love 240Z hot rods. There was a really good article in Road & Track about a shop hot rodding them to an unbelievable level of quality, reminds me of what Jonathan Ward does with ICON.
Did anybody show this to Spanky yet?? He'd love it.

If you have never been around a race track to watch vintage racing, find the nearest club and look up their schedule. You are usually welcome to walk the pits and visit with owners, drivers, etc. And the sounds are awesome.
The local Texas club is called The Corinthians.
Thanks for posting the link.
