Default WERKS 2019 Photos

Loaded up the car and met a fellow M491 owner to trek our cars to WERKS. We had a blast both driving and attending. Great cars and people!

Very glad to post. If you look at the brown Emory Motorsports car, check out the guy in the black sports coat in the background. That's John Oates (Hall and Oates) the owner!

Thanks for posting. Me and some buddies met up there on Friday, had a blast. Was almost car overload if such a thing exists! The gulf blue Turbo, mint green 3.0 carrera, and the gold 914-6 (not in your pics) were my absolute faves. Wish I'd known to look for another fellow M491 owner! Great pics.

I think next year we may park in the judged area. Not that we want to be judged, but just to have a little more room and talk to people more about our cars. I agree that it was almost overload. After 6 hours, we had our fill and ready to make the drive home. It was a GREAT event. Please say hello if you are there next year!

Agree. Loved John Oates' outlaw as well. That gulf blue turbo is an older guy from Roswell Ga. Met him at a car show a few years ago when I lived up there. He's an awesome guy who loves his car and talking about cars. Good stuff.

Congrats. Well optioned, and all the important suspension stuff. That's pretty rare for a non S to have PVT+, PASM, PDCC, etc all in one. Looks like All you're missing is the Burmester and the wood trim steering wheel, though there is nothing wrong with that soft tan leather. I don't typically like wood trim, but that goes very well with the color of the tan interior. Looks like a pretty clean car too, and the second best wheel choice. I almost bought a silver with tan interior, and was going to do a brown carbon fiber wrap to cover up the wood which was a really reddish cherry that looked terrible.
