Tuning information for an 86 911Carrera 3.2
I am looking for information on how to tune my 86 911. Are there any books or literature that will help me make the engine run at top performance? All of my repair manuals are to generic. Thanx for your help. Rob

Are you talking about tune it to stock specs? The Bentley Carrera manual is pretty good for that (List $120, around $70 via internet sources). If you're talking how to tune it for greater than stock performance, considering cams, pistons, etc, Bruce Anderson's 911 Performance Handbook provides some guidance and info.
