Default Odometer problem



Looking at these pics. can you see anything that may have stopped the odometer from working?

The teeth on the first of the plastic gears in the chain are worn down by the gear from the cable. I bet if you give it a turn the teeth on the underside are worn completely through

Is there a way you can point to the gear you are talking about?
And if I need to replace it how do I remove it?

This gear seems to be damaged, speedo drive might not have been fully home.

Yup-that's it. Someday I'll figure out how to edit and mark up photos and repost.
Palo Alto Speedometer Has been my go to for the stuff.
