My new tires it turns out are a nice bit wider than the out going Pirelli's..........front of the tire is rubbing in the wheel wells/front chassis.

how wide are they ?

I hate the rub on the fenders, it sounds awefull and easily uncurls your fender.
I personally do not like fender rolling. Can you dial in anymore negative camber ?

Those look like Bridgestone RE71-R. Same tires I run... I only have 205's up front but it's lower than yours and I've never had rub. Def suggest an alignment like ice says?

He says it's rubbing on the wheel well, not the fenders.
Pic looks like he has lots of space up top.
Something is not right here.

I don't see any signs of rubbing there, honestly.

205/55-16 is stamped on them. Supposed to be the same size as the old Pirelli. Negative camber is maxed out on the stock adjustments but its the sidewalls rubbing on full steering lock towards the front of the car.

I'll get a better picture later. Full steering lock the front inside sidewall rubs the chassis/inner wheel well.

oh inside ...

well look at the Brightside ... if you end up at full steering lock at speed , your tyres rubbing will be the least of your worries

Have you converted over to Turbo Tie rods.

Just Speculation since I haven’t fully confirmed this:
When the turbo tie rods are installed the outboard bellows support is removed (911-347-056-00). This support is replaced by washer (930-347-313-01). The bellows support has a recess that the end of the rack sets into shrouding the end of the rack, which effectively moved the steering stop inboard limiting the rack travel slightly. When the turbo tie rods are installed the flat washer allows for slightly greater steering angle. This in association with the manufacturing tolerances depending on Make model and size tire is enough to cause slight rubbing at steering lock. The slightly tighter turning angle was not an issue on the 930 since the 930 wheels had lower offset moving the wheel outboard away from the inner fender.

911 bellows support with recess for end of steering rack shaft.

930 washer with flat rack stop surface.
