Harvey is well known as is Al Reed. I have wheels from both and very pleased.
Fuchs Restoration did my 67S wheels and my 72T wheels. Quick turn around and did great job on center caps too.

I wouldn't use Fuch Restoration again, I sent them the wheels for my SC for refurbishment last year, the black centers came back way too flat in color, which they said was correct (I had to have them repainted locally) the back side of the wheels were not cleaned and then sprayed with a rattle can, they looked like crap, no attention to detail.

I have seen many Fuchs that have been "restored" and Weidman and Reed are the way to go. It all just depends upon your working budget and expectations. If you send them to Harvey, either you need a second set to drive on or a car on jack stands undergoing extensive work. Your wheel will be gone for quite a while. Reminds me that I need to call Harvey today and see when I can pick mine up. I know when I get them back they will be perfect and exceed my expectations.
