Can anyone point me to a DIY for changing out the window guide on a cab? Part number: 911 542 505 40

I'm not quite sure the best way to remove the old guide (not sure if it just slides out) and also not sure the type of adhesive to use on the new guide.

Any pointers appreciated! I tried searching both rennlist and google but don't think I'm using the right search terms.
