I have a sweet tooth for butterscotch? (or what is the official name of this color?)
Short background, I graduated in '83 and a classmate of mine was given a 911 Targa by his dad for graduating with a 4.0 gpa. I absolutely loved that car. Fast forward 35 years and I finally have a 991.2 in my garage. As most of you here know, you just can't forget your first love. Translated, that means I am beginning a search for an air cooled stablemate for my 991. Driving home from the office today I see the EXACT color Targa that my buddy had back in the early 80's (I believe it was an '82 to be precise). I fell in love all over again. So I finally get to the reason for this posting. It looks like a butterscotch tan if that makes any sense?? I wasn't about to try to take a picture of the car while I was driving this afternoon so this pic shows the color I am referring to. Can anybody tell me the official Porsche name for this color and what are my chances of finding a sunroof delete coupe in this particular color? Thanks in advance for any help you all can provide.

Guy on Pelican is selling a Bamboo Beige 81 SC. Might be just what you are looking for. (well it has a sunroof but the chance of finding that color seems quite slim)
