Just bought a 2017 911/991 Generation 2 with 2,800 miles on the clock and want to do an oil change.

I found a few videos on DYI oil change, but besides factory fill Mobil 1 0-40 , I was wondering if anyone could recommend another type & brand of oil ? ( I live in Florida now, and it gets HOT, and was wondering if 0-40 is ok ? )
Also, I could not find the correct part number on an oil filter for this car, Mahle, Wix etc ?

Any help on brands, part numbers etc, will be appreciated. One thing I did NOT know, is ALL new 2017-2018 Porsche 911's are now ALL twin turbos ! Didn't know that till I bought it ? Thats the 2017 + versions of the 991 type "generation 2 " I assume the prior ones were not ? Any views or advice appreciated , Thanks Britdave
