Cold Winter... check pipes...
Might be a repeat but came across this today... 
The total amount the put in there seems off by a long strech... $150K?? I don't think so... still is painful to get home to something like this...

nope not a recent repeat -havent seen that one since last year. its an interesting scene to say the least, and is a great reminder that we indeed should check everything.
