Thanks guys for the help on the bronze bushings. I think I put the poly bushings in to tight. Not sanding them or whatever ( the hammer seemed like a good idea at the time). They sqeak like crazy. I even put a groove in them on a lathe and installed grease fittings in the housings. My son says the car sounds like a POS!! I am sure that at some time I will re do the bushings, I love the PolyBronze idea.

Thanks to all for the input...This has/is very educational to me...even after 25 years or so of working on cars I learn something new EVERY day! As I've mentioned in previous posts, I'm a newbie at the whole P-car way of thinking and in time I will pick all your brains ad-nauseum LOLO !
