Default 1979 3.0 sc con rod torque setting

Hi. Have looked in the manual but would just like someone to confirm the connecting rod torque setting. Standard engine using new parts. The manual says its includes the 3.0 and the 3.2 but only lists settings up to the 2.7 engine. Many thanks. Chris.

You need to get yourself a copy of the little spec book. About 100 pages of info including tightening torques, tolerances, piston weights, etc. Covers the entire car, you won't find these details in the factory manual. Problem is the books are out of print, but they do come up for sale often. Figure about $50.

Here are the pages with the tightening torques.
