Ok ready to offer but they wont come down at all.
Is this a good deal? all cash?

Check pricing with kelly blue book and hagerty guides....
Shop online for dealers within acceptable distance from you. Sometimes a cash buyer is not the best deal for a dealership. They want that additional income from financing. Negotiate assuming a finance strategy then pay off the loan after a month or so? Be sure there are no prepayment fees or charges?
